Waste Management Releases 2010 Sustainability Report

Biennial report details company’s environmental progress

Waste Management’s 2010 Sustainability Report is now available online at www.wm.com. Updating information from 2008, the new document provides a detailed accounting of the company’s entire scope of operations—from traditional waste collection and disposal to information about emerging technologies. The report also includes:

  • Quantitative data on overall greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy production and fleet management; and
  • Updates on the company’s 2020 sustainability goals
