#51 – Winners announced in Mission to a Million
sweepstakes

Summit, Miss. This year, the Gulf Coast made more than 26,000 connections, exceeding their
personal goal and surpassing all other Areas. Seems only appropriate that when Waste
Management held its end-of-year drawing, all winners came from the Gulf Coast. Congrats to these three:

• Kathy Chisholm, operations specialist — $2,000. When she visited O’Reilly Auto Parts in
  McComb, Miss., and made a connection, Chisholm didn’t expect it would win her the top prize.
• Kevin Johnson, sales manager — $1,000. His winning connection took place at a Quality Inn
  in LaPlace, La.
• Lindsey Brereton, account manager — $500. Her winning connection happened at an Oasis
  Travel Center in Mobile, Ala.

Next year, drawings will be held every quarter and at the end of the year. Should WM reach a million
connections, the grand prize will be huge — $25,000. So, keep making those connections.
