Hours and Holiday Schedule
Customer Service Representatives in the New York call center are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. The call center staff can assist you with service inquiries, billing and other questions about your current or future service with us.
The office is closed for holidays on January 1 (New Year¿s Day), Memorial Day (observed), Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.
PLEASE NOTE: Customer pickups are only effected by the service days listed above. If the holiday falls on a weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) the pickups for the following week are not effected. For all other holidays, most services are delayed one day because of the observance of the holiday.
