Voicemails, emails or written correspondence left before 3PM will be answered by 5PM, the day of call/correspondence. Communications left after 3PM will be answered by noon the following business day.
Missed pick-ups reported by 3:00 p.m. on a work day will be collected by the end of that day. Missed pick-ups reported after 3:00 p.m. will be collected by the end of the next work day. Orders for cart repair, replacement, or exchange will be completed on your next collection day, or within 3 work days upon request.
