Missed Collection

Waste Management is dedicated to meeting all of our customer's needs efficiently and promptly. If your collection has been missed, we want to know about it!

If your container(s) were at the curb by your appointed time on your collection day and were not emptied by 6:00 pm, Waste Management is very sorry for the inconvenience.

To report your missed collection, please fill out this form.

Or call 1 800 808-5901 the following day (M-F 7:00 am - 5:00 pm). We will empty missed containers within 24 hours after they have been reported.

Waste Management is dedicated to meeting all of our customer's needs efficiently and promptly. If your collection has been missed, we want to know about it!

Unfortunately, we are sometimes unable to empty containers because they are blocked (vehicles, construction, etc.) and our driver can't access them. Waste Management makes every effort to contact customers to let them know when a container is blocked. (Blocked container "Haul or Call" policy).

If your container(s) were accessible on your collection day and were not emptied, Waste Management is very sorry for the inconvenience. Complete the form to make an online report or call 1 800 808-5901 (M-F 7:00 am - 5:00 pm). We will empty missed containers as soon as possible after they have been reported.
