IT improves password reset

Houston – To make network management more convenient, employees now have different
options when it comes to resetting their WM passwords. This includes the capability of
resetting a network account using multiple devices, including a computer, tablet or even
a smartphone.

To get started, visit the ITSC page (accessible through the Visor homepage) and select
Password Registration. Once registered, an employee will be able to easily change his or
her password using either the ITSC page on Visor or by going online to http://passwordreset.wm.com

Please note that OCS driver passwords (onboard computers) will still only be managed exclusively
through the WM network — not externally.
