Customer Experience names Stellar
COMMITment and COMMITed award winners

The Stellar COMMITment Award is a new effort by Customer Experience to recognize its
representatives for demonstrating high standards through quality, post-contact survey
results and overall commitment to customers.

Recently, the department announced the first round of Stellar COMMITment Award
winners for the month of February. In addition, each month one supervisor or manager
receives the COMMITed Leader Award for the best overall performance in achieving extraordinary
results and displaying outstanding leadership. For February, the award went to Scott Shelley of
the New England Call Center, who was nominated by his manager, Patrick Breedon.
