We made the cover

In March, the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) released a report on greening sporting
events titled a Guide to Composting at Sports Venues. In this comprehensive document, the NRDC
offers a series of tips, advice and case studies for sport facilities looking for low cost solutions.
Waste Management has had such a presence in this space that a shot from the company’s Phoenix
Open was used for the cover. Check it out by visiting nrdc.org, and searching “Guide to Composting.”
