Why should I create a My WM online profile?
With a My WM profile, you can stay more connected with WM and all your services. This includes having 24/7 access to all of your account settings, being up to date with your upcoming service schedule, receiving service notifications via text and having access to easy online tools that make managing your waste more manageable.
Your My WM online profile is comprised of the following My WM dashboard sections:
My Billing
This section displays your total current balance or amount due and will allow you to make a payment, look at your billing overview, and check any payments you may have scheduled.
My Services
This section allows you to manage services such as requesting a service pickup, container repair, relocation or removal. You can also review all your requested pickups and view your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), and holiday schedule.
Manage Accounts
This section provides you with the power to manage your account nicknames, link or unlink accounts, and enroll or unenroll in Paperless and Autopay billing options. You can also view order history and set your notification preferences. Note: Some accounts may be ineligible for Paperless or Autopay.
My Online Profile
This section gives you the ability to update your online profile name, login email, and password. It also makes managing your payments easier by allowing you to add, edit or delete various payment methods.
Signing up for a My WM online profile is simple. Follow the steps below to get started!
Starting from the wm.com homepage:
- Click Log In
- Click Create Your Online Profile
- Enter your information and click Sign Up. If successful, you will see a "Verify Email" page and an email will be sent to the address in your profile with the subject "Complete Your Registration".
- From the Complete Your Registration email, click Confirm Email.
- Log in to your profile and follow the prompts to customize your profile.
Note: A verification email will be sent to you to confirm registration. If no email is received, check your spam folder.
