How do I make a payment with the My WM app?
- Log in to the My WM app and tap the Billing icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Make a Payment under “Total Amount Due”.
- Select the account you wish to make a payment for and tap Continue.
- Choose to either pay total due or pay another amount.
- Select a saved payment method or Add a new payment method or select a saved method and tap Submit Payment.
You will not be able to make a payment on accounts with a zero balance.
How do I sign up for AutoPay with the My WM app?
- Log in to the My WM app and tap the Billing icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select AutoPay, choose an account to enroll, then select your payment method.
- Enter the required information and tap Enroll in AutoPay.
- You will receive a verification email after enrolling.
Accounts with an outstanding balance will not be eligible to enroll in AutoPay. Pay any outstanding balance before enrolling.
How do I add and manage my payment methods with the My WM app?
- Log in to the My WM app and tap the Billing icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Payment Methods and then Add Payment Method.
- Select the payment source and fill out the requested information.
- To edit or remove previously saved payment methods, select it and edit the information displayed on the screen or tap Remove Payment Method to delete it from the account.
How do I view payment and invoice history with the My WM app?
- Log in to the My WM app and tap the Billing icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Payment & Invoice History. You may toggle between the two.
- To see details of the invoice, tap on the invoice number. You may also make a payment on this screen to apply to a specific invoice.
How do I sign up for paperless billing with the My WM app?
- Log in to the My WM app and tap the Billing icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Paperless Billing.
- Choose the account you wish to sign up and tap Enroll in Paperless.
- You will receive a confirmation email after enrolling.
