Request an extra pickup for single accounts
- Log in to My WM.
- From the My WM dashboard, select the appropriate waste stream.
- Click Extra Pickup, fill out the details and submit your request.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
Request an extra pickup for multiple accounts
- Log in to My WM and, if applicable, select an account.
- From the My WM dashboard, click Manage My Services the appropriate waste stream.
- Under the "What Can I Request?" section, click Extra Pickup.
- Fill out the details and submit your request.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
If you’re unable to request an extra pickup
If you are unable to request an extra pickup via My WM, use the “Request Help” button below.
