How do I reinstate my WM account?
Summary
Find out how to reinstate an inactive or cancelled WM account.
Unlike a seasonal or vacation hold, which is a temporary pause of service done by request, an account can become inactive or cancelled due to an unpaid invoice or outstanding balance. Follow the steps below to reinstate your account:
Payez your outstanding balance
If you think your WM account is inactive due to lack of payment, click on the Pay My Bill link near the top of the screen on wm.com to view and pay your bill using either the “Continue As Guest” or “Log In” section.
If you’re unable to pay online
If you are no longer able to pay online or access your account, it may have been cancelled. To reinstate a cancelled account, use the “Request Help” button below:
If your account has been sent to debt collector
If you have already received notice from a third-party debt collector about your account and you’re unable log in, use the “Request Help” button below to reinstate your account.
