The Software Engineering group is the functional group in Information Technology responsible for developing new systems driving growth and optimization at Waste Management. Order to Cash
Order to Cash is just one element of technological innovation that is helping drive Waste Management’s transformational change. A way for customers to more easily order services, O.T.C. allows WM to help serve our customers better than anyone else in the industry.
Salesforce
Waste Management recently introduce the Salesforce.com platform to our Sales and Customer Engagement teams. The successful launch of this program is just one of many successes coming out of the Information Technology group at WM.
