Change or Cancel an Order Placed Online

Please have your receipt and confirmation number for order changes and cancellations. Any cancelled orders may incur a cancellation fee, as terms and conditions apply. If you need assistance, please contact Customer Service.

Add or Remove Services

To add new services or remove existing services, please contact Customer Service.

Suspend Services

If you would like to temporarily suspend your services or place a “vacation hold” on your account, please contact Customer Service.

Resume Services

In order to resume services that have been suspended or put on “vacation hold,” please contact Customer Service.

Order Additional Services

You may request additional waste services online. To check the availability of services in your area, enter your zip code in the business service finder.

Transfer Services

To transfer waste services into your name or to another address within Waste Management’s service area, please contact Customer Service.
