Register for My Account
To register for My Account, go to the registration page and enter your account information. If you have existing services with Waste Management, you can link your account on this form as well. Simply click the “Existing Service” check box and enter your account information on the next page.
Link your WM Service to My Account
Linking your existing services to My Account allows you to manage your account online. You’ll need your WM customer ID, found on the top right of your invoice, and billing zip code.
- If you are a new WM.com user, you can link your WM service when you register for WM.com.
- If you’ve already registered at wm.com and have not linked your WM service, go to My Account. Click on “Add Account” and enter your account information.
- To link more than one WM service, go to My Account and click “Add/Remove/Edit Accounts.” Here, you can link additional services or manage already linked accounts.
Billing and Payment
Online Bill Payment
Go to the My Account section of WM.com to access online payment options, a free service. To make a payment, select the account(s) that you want to pay, and select your payment method.
If you have not registered an account with WM.com, you can still make a one-time payment. You will need your Online WM customer ID from your invoice, as well as your payment information.

To sign up for paperless billing, go to the Enroll in Paperless Billing page. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to enroll from the drop-down menu, and click the green “Enroll in Paperless Billing” button.
To sign up for automatic payments, go to the Enroll in Automatic Payments page. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to enroll from the drop-down menu, and click the green “Enroll in Automatic Payments” button.
To view or download your current and past invoices, go to the My Recent Bills & Payments section of WM.com.
To manage your services online, visit the My Services section of WM.com. Here you can view your existing services, view your day of service and local holiday service schedule, and make online requests. If you have multiple accounts, you can select them from the drop down menu.
Get Estimated Time of Arrival
To get your estimated time of arrival online, visit the My Services section of WM.com. Select your account from the drop down menu, and click the green “Get Your Estimated Pickup time” button for the account you need information for. If you do not see this button, the ETA service may not yet be available in your area.
