Commercial Rates

If a service rate to a Commercial Service Recipient is more than 25% higher than what was paid for the same service level prior to October 1, 2017 the difference in the rate will be deferred over 18 months. (Starting October 1, 2017 and ending April 1, 2019.) The deferred rate schedule will be as follows:

• Effective October 1, 2017 initial rate increase of 25% will be applied.
• Effective April 1, 2018; 1/3 of the Deferred Amount will be added to the maximum service rate. Effective October 1, 2018 an additional increase of 1/3 of the deferred amount will be added to the Service Rate.
• Effective April 1, 2019 a final 1/3 of the deferred amount will be added to the service rate.
