We believe in the concept of using less, reusing more, and converting the materials we reclaim into new resources or energy. Our recycling program is one example of how that concept is becoming a reality.

All households in Hometown received one 65-gallon cart for recycling. Replacement carts are available for a cost of $6.00 per cart by contacting Waste Management.

Recycling will be collected every other week and must be placed out for collection no later than 6:00 am on the same day as your regular garbage and landscape waste. Recyclable materials must be collected in the recycle bin provided by Waste Management. Do not place trash or landscape waste in the recycle bins.
