Service Details

Price quoted includes first waste pick up based upon the average cost of the pickup charges. Pricing may vary from amount stated due to franchise contract restrictions.  Actual rates for services after the first pick up will be provided prior to completing a service agreement.  Additional trips or extra hauls will result in extra costs. 

Money collected online will be applied to cost of initial waste pick up. Additional charges apply to the introductory and subsequent waste services and those include, but are not limited to, a fuel surcharge, environmental fee, and applicable state and local taxes. Service initiation requires a signed service agreement.

1 (a) SERVICE GUARANTEE. We guarantee our Services (as defined below). If Company fails to perform Services in accordance with the agreed upon service summary (the "Service Summary"), and Company does not remedy such failure within five (5) business days of its receipt of a written demand from Customer, Customer may immediately terminate this Agreement without penalty.

  • Why do you require upfront payment for ongoing dumpster rental service?

    The upfront payment is a deposit on the dumpster and helps to ensure product availability. The payment will go towards your first bill.

  • Can I pay by check online?

    We do not currently support online check payment. We accept all major credit cards. For payment by check, please contact ongoing dumpster customer service at (877) 494-8811.

  • I see that you offer to store credit card information. Do you sell or share my business info to affiliates or third parties that might solicit me?

    Waste Management does not sell or share any customer information.

  • Do you offer locks, lids and wheels for your ongoing dumpster rental services?
    • Yes, locks are available for a one-time or monthly fee
    • Wheels can be put in certain dumpsters
    • Plastic lids are provide at no additional charge on all dumpsters

    You will need to provide the driver with a pass code, a key, or the hours of operation and an onsite contact.

  • There are many power lines in our ally. Can you still service me?

  • Can I order rush service for special events or busy times of year?

    You can request extra pickup (at an additional cost) but no rush service is available for ongoing dumpster service. For one-time dumpster rental service, visit our catalog to find the right dumpster for your project.
