The Hawthorn Park Landfill (HPL) is a regional facility serving Harris County and neighboring areas, offering reliable and convenient disposal solutions for communities, businesses, and contractors.
Designed and operated in accordance with applicable regulations and permit requirements, HPL incorporates environmental protection systems to ensure responsible waste management operations. The facility is governed by state regulations and a site-specific permit issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and is inspected and tested by both WM and TCEQ in accordance with applicable requirements.
