Managing Director & Head, India
As Managing Director and Head of WM Universal, Kapil is responsible for driving WM’s India Global Delivery Center. In his 6 years of service, he has transformed the India business by expanding operations from Indore to Gurgaon, growing the team strength from 220 to 1,000 and expanding business offerings to include digital, business services, knowledge services and human resources. Since its inception, WM India has seen a continuous upward growth in the overall India savings and transformation benefits. Kapil has transformed WM India’s management structures, policies and procedures, frameworks for employee experience and implemented Business Continuity Practices in 2020 & 2021 ensuring 100% quality and productivity. He has also driven the People first culture in India, introduced people friendly policies and supported numerous initiatives including remodeling the rewards and recognitions, digitization of HR processes, organization restructuring & more. Kapil is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in multi-industry environments including IT, BPO and KPO organizations - Infosys, Aon Hewitt, Agilent Technologies.
Senior Manager, Houston & Phoenix
Satish heads the H&P group in India and is responsible for driving the overall business service delivery for WM. Satish joined WM in 2016 with a team of 40 highly-skilled members. He now leads a team of more than 400 employees. Satish has been instrumental in building and expanding the service offerings of the Houston & Phoenix group. This includes: snapshot, digital customer experience, WMSC, RMC, AP, vendor management, as well as reporting and analytics. Satish has 16 years of industry experience in workforce management, MIS, training, quality, risk and compliance. He has previously worked for IBM and Infosys.
Senior Manager, Strategic Business Solutions
As a senior manager, Sandeep is responsible for the Strategic Business Solutions (SBS) group in India, which manages invoicing and supplier engagement for WM’s National Accounts. From joining the company in 2014 with a 12-member team to now managing a team of 380 people, he has contributed significantly to business transformation, Business Continuity Process (BCP) implementation and expansion of SBS team from Indore to Gurgaon. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and specializes in finance, collections, invoicing, controls, and auditing.
