Service Instructions & Limitations
Household trash must be contained inside Shrewbury Pay-As-You-Throw (PAYT) Blue Bags and set out at hte curb to be eligible for pickup service.
Acceptable and Non-Acceptable Materials
Please do not put these items in your trash; recyclables, yard waste, dirt, sod, concrete, rock, construction/ demolition debris, household hazardous waste, hot ashes or flammable materials such as oil, gas or paint.
Report a Missed Pickup
If containers were curbside by the specified time and were not emptied, report a missed pickup by contacting Waste Management at 800-972-4545.
