How do I view my service information?
You can view your service information by logging in to the My Services page of your My WM account from your laptop, desktop, or mobile device.
If you have more than one account, you will see a dropdown arrow that allows you to select the location that you would like to expand. You will then see all the services associated with this location.
Information in this article may be inapplicable to customers who receive service pursuant to a WM agreement with a municipality, association or other entity, or where applicable law requires differing terms of service.
