Learn about the benfits of linking your account to My WM and how to link and unlink accounts to your My WM profile.
Linking your account(s) will allow you to view all of your services and give you full access to My WM features.
Log in to your account (single account linked)
- Log in to My WM.
- In the My WM dashboard, navigate to your name in the top right corner and select Link Another Account.
- Enter your customer ID, billing zip code, a nickname and then save your changes and continue.
- You will see a message displayed with confirmation that your account is successfully linked.
Log in to your account (multiple accounts linked)
- Log in to My WM.
- In the My WM dashboard, navigate to "My Accounts" and select Manage Accounts.
- Enter your customer ID, billing zip code, a nickname and then save your changes and continue.
- You will see a message displayed with confirmation that your account is successfully linked.
Unlink your WM account
To unlink your WM account, click the green Link Status Button next to the account you wish to unlink. You will see a messaged displayed with confirmation that your account has been successfully unlinked.
When you unlink a WM account, you will not be able to view billing information or update account information for that account in the My WM Dashboard.
Note: If you are having issues linking/unlinking your account(s), make sure the account you are trying to link is active and that you've entered the correct Customer ID and Billing Postal Code listed on your invoice for that account.
Information in this article may be inapplicable to customers who receive service pursuant to a WM agreement with a municipality, association or other entity, or where applicable law requires differing terms of service.
