How do I complete the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement online Sai ?

For customers in Canada, learn how to complete the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement in your My WM profile.
Filling out the PAD agreement form is only required for Canadian customers using a chequing account to pay WM. The form will not display for US customers paying by checking / savings account or any customer paying by credit card.
Joint accounts (those with 2 signees) are not eligible for the online process.
Filling out the Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form
This form will appear only for Canadian customers that enroll in Autopay using a chequing account or update their payment method to a chequing account. After your payment method is added or updated, the PAD form will display. Follow the instructions below to fill it out:
- Check both the Monthly regular recurring payments and the One-time payments from time to time boxes and review the Terms and Conditions.
- Fill out all fields in the "CUSTOMER INFORMATION" section. The "Joint Account Holder" field is optional.
- Fill out all fields in the "ACCOUNT INFORMATION" section, making sure the "Institution #" (your bank number) is added again.
- Under the "PAD DETAILS" section, select Personal or Business Use depending on your account type.
- Click the checkbox to indicate your agreement and select CONTINUE.
- Review your automatic payment details click FINISH.
