Where do I find my payment and billing history or pending charges?
We get it – things change! The pending charges tab in the Billing Overview section will alert you to one-time charges before you see them on your invoice. Follow the steps below to access your payment history and view past invoices.
- Log in to your My WM profile
- From the Dashboard, under My Billing, select Billing Overview. If you have multiple accounts, select the account where you would like to view your billing information.
- Find your past payments and invoices under their respective tabs
Information in this article may be inapplicable to customers who receive service pursuant to a WM agreement with a municipality, association or other entity, or where applicable law requires differing terms of service.
