How do I manage my account?

Learn how to manage your account(s), including name, email, password and billing information online.
We're delighted to empower you with the ability to manage your account seamlessly. You have the flexibility to update your name, email, password, and billing information with ease online. However, please be aware that for any changes related to service or billing addresses, you'll need to reach out to our customer service team for assistance by clicking the "Request Help" button to submit a Support Request.
Log in to your account (single account linked)
- Log in to My WM
- In the My WM dashboard, navigate to your name on the top right.
- Select the option that best fits:
- Change profile information
- Change notification preferences
- Manage your contacts
- Link another account
Log into your account (multiple accounts linked)
- Log in to My WM.
- In the My WM dashboard, navigate to "My Accounts".
- Select the option that best fits:
- Manage Accounts (link and unlink accounts to your online profile)
- Autopay
- Paperless
- Manage contacts
- Communication preferences
