How do I request service on a roll-off dumpster?

Learn how to request a pickup for your roll-off dumpster.
Request a pickup and have your container returned
- Log in to My WM, click on the Manage My Services button in the “My Services” section and choose a service from the "Select Service" dropdown.
- Under the “What Can I Request?” section, click Request Service.
- Choose a pickup date, add any relevant information and click Submit Request.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
*Note: If you are ready earlier for pickup check the "Ready for Haul ASAP" box and if capacity is available, we will do our best to accommodate.
Request a pickup and have your container permanently removed
- Log in to My WM, click on the Manage My Services button in the “My Services” section and choose a service from the "Select Service" dropdown.
- Under the “What Can I Request?” section, click Remove*.
- Choose a pickup date, add any relevant information and click Submit Request.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
*Note: If you have a permanent roll-off dumpster, this option will display a modified link that says, “Remove”. In this case, you will be directed to Request Help for additional assistance.
