How do I manage my profile settings with the My WM mobile app?

Download the My WM mobile app
Download the app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store.
Register your WM account with the My WM mobile app
- Open the My WM app, tap Get Started and then select Sign Up.
- Fill out the information and then tap Sign Up again.
- A verification email will be sent to the email address you previously entered. Open the verification email to finish setting up your account and manage your services.
Link your account(s) in the My WM app
- Log in to the My WM mobile app and tap the "Manage Account" icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap + in the upper right corner and enter your Customer ID, billing postal code and nickname.
- Tap Link to complete the process.
View service alerts in the My WM app
Stay updated on service alerts using the My WM mobile app.
- Log in to the My WM app and tap the "Alerts" icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select your service location from the top of the screen and tap the service you'd like to view.
- Services with an alert will display a red exclamation point and appear at the top of your screen.
