Due to inclement weather conditions that occured the week of 2/19/18 you may experience a one day delay in service that will continue through this week.

Kansas City Hauling Site Recovery Plan;

Reminder for customers serviced by the Kansas City collection operation:

Wyandotte County (including city of Kansas City, KS) – Customers that should have been serviced on Friday 2/23/18:

Recycling will be recovered on Saturday (3/3/18, two weeks’ worth). Extras can be placed in paper bags or 32 gallon personal containers (or smaller) CLEARLY marked RECYCLE (must be visible from the street).

This week, customers will run on a one-day delay for both trash and recycle:

Thursday – will be picked up Friday

Friday – will be picked up Saturday

We will be providing updates as needed. Please check back for updates. We appreciate your patience as we continue to service our customers through these weather conditions.

Non-Wyandotte County - customers that should have been picked up on Friday (2/23/18) will be recovered on Friday 3/2/2018, trash and recycling. All other residents will have regular trash pickup on their scheduled service day this week.

Due to the severe weather in the area, and safety being our top priority, we are experiencing service delays. We apologize for any inconvenience the delay has caused.
