WM is committed to sustainability and reducing the use of paper in as many processes as possible. As part of our commitment, WM offers 2 paperless options for submitting invoices for payment:
Coupa Electronic Invoicing
Once connected to WM through Coupa, all invoices must be submitted through Coupa. There is no option to email/fax/mail invoices in for processing. Coupa offers 3 options for electronic invoicing including:
- cXML
- The Coupa Supplier Portal
- The invoicing link from your purchase order email

Online Capture Center
If you are not transacting with WM through Coupa, you are required to email invoices to the Online Capture Center at [email protected]. The instructions on how to submit invoices can be found in our FAQ section.
Invoices that do not meet WM’s requirements or are not submitted correctly may not be processed for payment.
