*The CsRx® Service is for controlled substances that have been prescribed, dispensed and administered to a patient at the registrant's location and that need to be disposed of at that location. CsRx® containers are for controlled substance wastage only, including those in schedules II, III, IV and V. They are not for the disposal of Schedule I controlled substances, controlled substances brought in by patients or controlled substances considered part of a facility’s inventory.
