WM provides 96 gallon, 2yd, 3yd, 4yd or 6yd trash containers (with black lids) serviced 1 to 6 times per week based on customer need.

To change an existing service, use the service change option in My WM or call WM at (310) 366‑7600.

Did you know you can get updates on your service ETA by or logging in to your My WM account? If containers were accessible and were not emptied, you can also report a missed pickup online. On the main dashboard, locate the services card. Click details on current service to submit your missed pickup request.

Missed pickups can only be reported if your containers were accessible and within 5 days of the pickup. Visit our support article for more details.

All trash should be bagged. Do not overfill your container - the lid must close tightly. Overflow and materials outside may be subject to additional charge or will not be collected.
