Trash, Recycling & Yard Waste Pickup
Del Webb The Woodlands has partnered with WM to provide residential waste service that sets the standard for sustainable trash disposal and recycling.
Residential Pickup Schedules
There is no service scheduled on the listed holidays. If a holiday falls on pickup day, service will be delayed by one day during the holiday week. Regular pickup service will resume the following week. Check for holidays that may affect your service.

Service Information
WM provides one 96 Gallon Cart.
Service Schedule
Once weekly on Tuesdays.
Container Setout Instructions
Place trash cart 4 feet from any obstructions such as vehicles, mailboxes or trees and within 1 foot of the curb. Cart must be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on your pickup day.
Set Up New Residential Service
Trash pickup is included in Association bill for Del Webb the Woodlands.
Service Instructions & Limitations
Each pickup is limited to the cart only. Trucks will NOT service trash outside the cart.
Acceptable & Non-Acceptable Materials
Acceptable items include household trash like chip bags, paper towels, plastic bags, & textiles (donate if lightly used).
Non-acceptable items include construction/demolition waste, auto parts, tires, household hazardous waste (paint, oil, household cleaners), medical or electronic waste.
Request a Container Repair or Replacement
Please email cssatex@wm.com with your address or call 800-800-5804 to request delivery of cart.
Report a Missed Pickup
If containers were curbside by the specified time and were not emptied, report a missed pickup by contacting WM at 800-800-5804.
