Understanding Your Billing Schedule
Summary
Your billing schedule shows how often you’re invoiced for services. This guide explains common billing cycles and how to find your specific billing date.
Common Billing Schedules
Most customers fall into one of the following billing cycles:
- Monthly: You receive an invoice once a month.
- Quarterly: You receive an invoice once every three months.
Some customers may also receive advance monthly billing, meaning they are billed at the beginning of the month for services that will be provided throughout that month.
Depending on the service or product you’re subscribed to, your billing schedule may differ. Some specialized services may follow annual, semi-annual, or customer billing cycles.
How to Find Your Billing Schedule Date & Due Date
