Learn how to request a pickup for your temporary roll-off dumpster.

Request a pickup and have your dumpster returned

  1. Log in to My WM, if you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage.

  2. Navigate to the Service Card associated with your temporary dumpster and click on Request Service.

  3. Choose up to 5 pickup dates, add any relevant information, and click Submit Request.

  4. We will send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.

If you are ready earlier for pickup, check Ready for Haul ASAP, and if capacity is available, we will do our best to accommodate. See instructions below to check your order status to view if we can adjust your selected date for an earlier request. If not we will honor the selected calendar date.

Pre-Pay customers must pay during submission requests.
