Call center self-service competition launches
Super Bowl of Self-Service promotes convenient
Phoenix – One of WM’s 2014 goals is promoting self-service features to customers. That includes things like
capturing home email addresses or encouraging them to set up an account through wm.com. To get off to a
good start, Customer Experience has launched the Super Bowl of Self-Service competition, which is open to
all call center employees.
Until March 31, employees will earn points every time they promote self-service features and share best
practices with customers. Those who earn the most will then be eligible for a number of distinctions, including
both the Pro Bowl MVP and Hall of Fame award.
So, if you work in a Customer Experience call center, let’s get out and win this one for each other and our customers!
