Manure Service: Your own containers cannot be used for the collection of manure, and manure cannot be mixed with greenwaste or trash. A separate bin or cart for manure is required. Contact the City of Norco (951) 270-5656 for manure containers.
Note: Additional recycling and greenwaste carts are available for a nominal fee. Please contact the City of Norco to request additional carts.

Bulky Item Collection/E-waste Collection
Residents may request the free pickup of household bulky items three times a year. Additional bulky item collections are available at a nominal cost. To schedule a bulky item pickup, please contact Waste Management at *800) 423-9986 at least 48 hours in advance of your regular collection day.
Temporary Bin and Roll-Off Service
For large clean up jobs or construction type projects at your home, residents may rent a temporary “dumpster” or “roll-off” for a fee. Please contact Waste Management at (800) 423-9986 for information on sizes and rates.
Disposal of Used Motor Oil
Residents may place used motor oil at curbside on their regular collection day. Advance notice is required. Please contact Waste Management at (800) 423-9986 at least 24 hours in advance of your regular collection day. Contact Waste Management for a free oil container or place motor oil in a tightly closed, clear plastic container, such as a milk or water jug. 2-gallons maximum per household per request weekly.
Christmas Tree Recycling
We will collect and recycle Christmas trees for the first two weeks following Christmas on your regular collection day. Trees taller than six feet must be cut in half. Please remove all decoration including tinsel, lights, ornaments and tree stand. Flocked trees will be collected but cannot be recycled.
Household Hazardous Waste
