Steps you can take to ensure you are serviced on your pickup day:
- Your container should be visible to the driver with approximately 50 feet of unobstructed space in front it.
- Your service area should be away from pedestrian walkways and automobile traffic and free of low-hanging wires or tree branches.
- If your dumpster or toter is kept in an enclosure, your access area must be at least 12 feet wide and the gates able to swing open 180°.
- If mobile, your container should be returned to its designated pickup area on service days.
- Dumpster or toter lids should be closed, and no additional trash bags should be placed on top or on the ground next to it.
- To help us keep your space clean, we recommend all trash be bagged.
- If access to your dumpster or toter is locked with a personal lock, unlock it at the time of pickup or provide a key or code for the driver. You can share this information with us during checkout.
If we are unable to service your container for any reason, please contact us to schedule another pickup. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled pickup, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
