Accounting & Auditing Matters
The company is committed to complying with all applicable securities laws and regulations, accounting standards, and audit practices. Any employee of the company can submit a good faith complaint without fear of dismissal or retaliation of any kind. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate review. The company’s Audit Committee will oversee treatment of matters submitted concerning this area.
Employees with concerns about accounting matters can report their complaints (on a confidential or anonymous basis if desired) either orally or in writing through the Integrity Helpline to the Compliance & Ethics Department. Click here to learn how we handle complaints.

We need you to SPEAK UP immediately if you are aware of any possible violation of our Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, Company policy or external law, rule or regulation to prevent future misconduct. Waste Management strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against any employee who SPEAKS UP in good faith.
