If a holiday falls on a weekday, collections for the rest of the week will be pushed back a day. For a Thursday holiday, service would be on Friday, and Friday service would be Saturday. For holidays on Saturday or Sunday, there are no delays.

WM provides 32, 64 or 96 gallon carts or 2, 3, 4 or 6 yard bins.
Service Schedule
WM provides service up to 7 times per week upon agreement.
Container Setout Instructions
All containers shall be placed in locations that allow easy access and convenient use by customers, and are safely accesible to the hauler. Containers shall be placed on a paved or hard dirt level surface whenever possible.
Set Up New Commercial Service
Sign up for new service online, any time by entering your address in the Set Up Your Service section or contact WM at 805-922-2121.
What Belongs in Your Container
Acceptable items include household trash like chip bags, paper towels, plastic bags, & textiles (donate if lightly used). Non-acceptable items include construction/demolition waste, auto parts, tires, household hazardous waste (paint, oil, household cleaners), medical or electronic waste.
Report a Missed Pickup
Did you know you can get updates on your service ETA with My WM? If containers were curbside by the specified time and were not emptied, you can report a missed pickup online with My WM.
