You may begin using your new Recycling cart immediately.

WM will either deliver or exchange your current cart for a new 95-gallon Trash cart at your residence.
Current subscription customers: To ensure a smooth exchange, please place your current Trash cart curbside on your regular Trash collection day in September until it is picked up.
You can begin using your new 95-gallon trash cart immediately.
Non-subscription customers: Please DO NOT use your new 95-gallon Trash cart until October 1, 2025, when Universal Collection Service begins. Non-subscription Trash carts will not be serviced before this date.

Residents may purchase an additional Trash cart or Yard Waste cart from WM for a one-time fee of $100, which covers the cost of the cart and delivery. There is an additional $10 monthly charge per extra cart, billed annually at $120 per cart. These fees must be paid directly to WM by the resident. The maximum combined number of Trash and Yard Waste carts allowed is four (4) per residential unit.
Residents may request an additional Recycling cart at no cost for the cart and delivery, and with no additional monthly fee.
All old carts, (recycling and trash) will be reclaimed by our third-party vendor on the same day the new carts are delivered.
