Inside commercial rep: “a leader among her peers”

PHOENIX  When frustrated customer Dr. Ziegler of San Diego contacted Waste Management, he reached Nicole Campbell, inside commercial rep, from the Phoenix Service Center. He informed Campbell that he had been trying to cancel his account since December 2013, with no resolution.

To help Ziegler with his situation, Campbell listened, apologized for the experience and engaged in a conversation to understand his personal situation. She reached out to the account manager to resolve the issue together.

Ziegler was so appreciative of Nicole’s service that he wrote, “For many years (decades), we’ve used your services in San Diego. Every so often, I speak with your offices. This past time, a Ms. Nicole Campbell was absolutely spot on capable, proactive, thorough, decisive; on top of that she was kind.”

Campbell’s Supervisor, Beth La Masters, said, “Nicole is known for treating her customers and teammates with respect and is always upbeat and positive. She regularly keeps her teammates motivated and is a true example of a leader among her peers.”
