ATAK Call Center recognized for
outstanding service

Call Center of the Month

Franklin, Tenn. – Waste Management’s Customer Experience team has awarded ATAK
the January 2014 Call Center of the Month. This award recognizes employees for improving
the customer experience and driving customers to pursue self-service options.

During the month of January, the ATAK Call Center demonstrated a strong performance by
exceeding their call center goals and achieving more than 100 percent of their sales and revenue
goals for commercial and residential businesses. The site also received high satisfaction scores
from customer surveys and high resolution rates for customers who reported having a problem.
In fact, 100 percent of those customers were contacted and had their problems resolved within 24 hours.

The ATAK Call Center really showed their commitment to its customers. Congratulations to Customer
Experience Manager Lindsey Roberts and the entire team on this outstanding recognition.
