WM offices named Phoenix Service Center

Location hosts various support functions

Phoenix – Serving as a major hub for WM sales, RMC, billing, customer setup and customer service, the
company’s Phoenix offices reside in a major business complex made up of two buildings. Together, they
host close to a 1,000 employees and visitors on any given day. Until now, the offices have never had a name.

Going forward, this important location will be known as the Phoenix Service Center. Please use this name
when providing a shipping address, or otherwise referencing WM’s Phoenix offices.
