How do I edit or cancel a pickup request in the WM Mobile App?

Learn how to edit or cancel a roll-off pickup request using the WM Mobile App.

Log in to the WM mobile app
Tap the Services icon in the bottom navigation bar
Select the location you would like to view
Select View All Pickup Requests
Tap the pencil icon under the Edit column for the request you would like to edit. If you would like to cancel a request, click the "X" icon under the Cancel column.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your request. If you have questions about your order, you can Button Embed
Note: You may only edit or cancel roll-off requests up to 24 hours before the service date. After that, the edit and cancel options will be unavailable.
