Learn how to request a pickup for your roll-off dumpster.

Add AddressRequest a pickup and have your container returned
Log in to My WM, click on the Manage My Services button in the “My Services” section and choose a service from the "Select Service" drop-down menu.
Under the “What Can I Request?” section, click Request Service.
Choose a pickup date, add any relevant information and click Submit Request.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
Request a pickup and have your container permanently removed
Log in to My WM, click on the Manage My Services button in the “My Services” section and choose a service from the "Select Service" drop-down menu.
Under the “What Can I Request?” section, click Remove*.
Choose a pickup date, add any relevant information and click B.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
*Note: Depending on your location and eligibility, this option may display a modified link that says, “Remove (Please call to schedule).” In this case, give us a call and we’ll help you schedule a pickup.
