WM of Colorado is proud to welcome residential and commercial customers from HBS Trash to our family and we want you to know that your service is in good hands.

Effective June 1, WM is your service provider. Your pickup schedule remains the same and your service will continue without interruption. And the team you already know? Many of the drivers and service representatives from HBS Trash are joining the WM family as well. So, the faces serving your neighborhood will be familiar ones. 

Our local teams are committed to delivering the reliable, dependable service you've always expected, and we look forward to earning your trust. 

Get Settled In

The easiest way to get answers and manage your service is through your My WM online profile. Most questions about your pickup schedule, billing, and account details can be handled quickly and conveniently right there.

You'll find your WM account number on the welcome postcard/email sent to you in early June, or on your first WM invoice. Once activated, you can:

  • • Enroll in AutoPay and Paperless Billing
  • • Set service notifications and more
