How do I manage my account?

To update your billing address in My WM:

1. Log in to My WM.

2. From the dashboard, select your name in the upper-right corner.

3. Select Manage your contacts.

4. If multiple accounts are linked to your profile, select the account you want to update.

5. In the "Billing Address" section, enter your updated address information.

6. Review your changes and select Save.

7. If prompted, enter the one-time verification passcode (OTPass) sent to the email address associated with your account to verify your identity and complete the update.

For certain account changes, including billing address updates, you may be asked to verify your identity using a one-time verification passcode (OTPass). This security measure helps protect your account, prevents unauthorized changes, and supports compliance requirements.
