Check your order status

  1. Log in to My WM.

  2. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage.

  3. In the My WM dashboard, navigate to "Do More Online" and click on Orders/Requests.

  4. Choose an order from "Upcoming", "Attempted/Closed", or "Cancelled/Voided".

  5. Click the three dots on the right and then click View Details.

  6. Check your order details for your scheduled service date. If operational changes affect your pickup, we’ll update the date there to reflect the most current information.

Guest User (Bulk & Roll-Off Only)

If you do not have a My WM account, click Track Order at the bottom of your order confirmation email. There you will be able to track your order and view order history.

How long does it take to complete an order?

The type of order (bulk pickup, extra pickup, or container repair) will determine the completion time. Each order will display an estimated completion date in the "Order History" section. On your service day, the "Order History" page will display an expected completion timeframe, except for roll-off delivery orders, which do not display a time window.
