How do I request service for a temporary roll-off dumpster?

1. Log in to My WM, if you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage.

2. Navigate to the Service Card associated with your temporary dumpster and click on Request Service.

3. Choose up to 5 pickup dates, add any relevant information, and click Submit Request.

4. We will send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.

If you are ready earlier for pickup, check Ready for Haul ASAP, and if capacity is available, we will do our best to accommodate. See the instructions below to check your order status and find out whether we can change your selected date to an earlier one. If not, we will honour the selected calendar date.
